Meet Doctor Albrecht!

Dr. Tyler Albrecht lives here in Cedar City with his wife Laura and their three children, Stockton, Easton, and Riley Jean. Dr. Albrecht grew up in Orem, Utah, although most of his family resides here in Southern Utah.

After serving an LDS mission to Germany, he graduated from BYU and then earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky in 2005. At graduation, he was awarded “Most Outstanding Clinician” and “Best Dentist to Work with Kids” in his dental class. After dental school he completed a two-year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo in New York. He is one of only twenty-eight board certified pediatric dentists in the state of Utah.

As a pediatric dentist, he is able to provide comprehensive dental treatment for all children, including in office sedation and hospital dentistry. He started Cedar View Pediatric Dentistry in the summer of 2007 after he saw a need for a pediatric dentist here in Cedar City.

At Cedar View Pediatric Dentistry we are committed to providing outstanding dental care for each child in a comfortable and fun environment. We want every child to feel as though they are the most important person in the office during their appointment.
Our staff has been trained to work specifically with children and will provide treatment that will meet your child’s needs. We value your time and pride ourselves on getting every patient seen on schedule. Parents and family are always welcome back to escort their child through their treatment.




Our waiting area is decorated with animal murals on the walls, a reading corner, a playroom, and Nintendos to help kids feel at home. While being treated, kids can watch the fish in our huge fish tank, watch a movie on the ceiling or play Nintendo games. Each child will also receive a prize for coming to the office.
